There are many good options for accommodation available near the conference venue, however please keep in mind that August is the height of the tourist season in Ljubljana, so make sure to book sufficiently in advance.

The hotels listed below are pre-reserved for SyntaxFest 2025 participants and the provided links will direct you to the hotels' reservation website for participants. Some hotels do not feature a link, but instead come with a special code that you should provide when making a reservation via the proided email address.

Please note that for HOTEL SLON and CITY HOTEL the provided links are valid until 90 days before the date of arrival. The links will cease to work towards the end of May, after which booking at these hotels will be available at a higher price. If you decide to book in advance at these hotels, the reservations can be canceled free of charge more than three days before arrival.
