Instructions for Authors
Paper Presentations
Paper presentations will take place at the conference venue. Each paper is scheduled as either a short talk or a long talk, with the following time limits:
- Short talks: 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Long talks: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
Please keep to your allocated time to ensure the smooth flow of the programme.
Presentation rooms are equipped with a PC (Windows) connected to a projector. Presenters may:
- bring their slides on a USB stick (PowerPoint and PDF formats supported), or
- use their own laptop, connecting via HDMI.
WiFi is available via Eduroam or designated network.
We recommend checking your setup during the break before your session to avoid any technical issues.
Poster Presentations
Each poster session will begin with a round of lightning talks, where each presenter gives a 2-minute oral introduction to their poster. Presenters may optionally prepare a single slide to accompany their lightning talk. Instructions for uploading this slide via OpenReview will be sent by email closer to the conference.
Posters should be prepared in A0 portrait format, or A1 if landscape. Please make sure to set up your poster before the session begins, and don’t forget to take it with you afterwards.
Fixing materials (e.g. tape) will be provided on site.
