Some participants may need a visa to enter Slovenia, which is part of the Schengen Area. If this applies to you, please contact the relevant Slovenian embassy or consulate (or the consulate of another country representing Slovenia) as early as possible, as visa processing times can vary significantly. In most cases, you will need to apply for a short-stay Schengen visa (Type C), which allows stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Letters of invitation will be issued after registration and payment. Please note that issuing a letter can take up to 14 days and, in exceptional cases, may require additional documentation.
